Mentorship & Career Guidance
University Readiness & Access Support
We intentionally prepare learners—particularly those from under-resourced backgrounds—for the academic, social, and emotional demands of university life.
Our support bridges the gap between high school and tertiary education by addressing not only academic readiness, but also confidence, belonging, and practical navigation of university systems.
This includes:
- Preparing learners for university expectations and learning environments
- Supporting learners from under-resourced communities to transition successfully into tertiary education
- Equipping learners with study skills, self-advocacy, and resilience
- Mentorship focused on first-year survival and success
Career Exposure & Professional Partnerships
We partner learners with professionals aligned to their career interests to provide real-world exposure and mentorship.
Learners are intentionally connected with professionals for a minimum of two engagements per year during school or university vacation periods, enabling them to connect theory to practice and gain insight into their chosen career paths.
This includes:
- Career-aligned professional mentorship
- Exposure opportunities during school and university vacations
- Practical insight into workplace expectations
- Relationship-building with industry professionals
